Dada.net provides a subscription Pay Service with two main elements:

a)   A premium service (at a cost of £ 4.50/week), known as „Mobi”,  which allows you to customize your mobile with a broad range of the latest content, such as tones, real tones, java games and wallpapers (uk.mobi.dada.net).

b)   A free online community service, where you can create your own personal space, your blogs and upload videos and pictures (http://uk.dada.net/)

 

a) Mobi

As a subscriber to the Mobi service on Dada.net, you are allowed to download an 1000 number of items of standard content (mono tones, poly tones, wallpapers) for your mobile and 2 items of premium content (real tones or fun sounds or java games) a week; in addition, you are entitled to send up to 5 complimentary SMS to UK-based mobiles a day, and you can enjoy our community service.

The cost of this service is £4.50/week.

The detail of what you get for your Mobi subscription from Dada.net:

  1. 1000 credits/week, with which you can download as many standard items of content (mono, poly, wallpapers) as you like and 2 items of premium content (real tones, java games, sound effects every week
  2. 5 complimentary SMS/day
  3. Free registration to community services

You can activate your subscription to Mobi directly on http://uk.mobi.dada.net : chosse a content than enter your mobile phone number when requested and you’ll receive an SMS asking you to reply DADA to 81171. After replying DADA to 81171 you’ll receive another SMS containing a password with which you can login on the website to download from http://uk.mobi.dada.net  That’s it, you can now start downloading content to your mobile!

When you’ve run out of your weekly premium allotment, you can download any other item of premium content at an additional charge of £ 4.50 per item.

Dada.net S.p.A. reserves the right to modify is offer any time, turning free services into premium/paid ones. If this occurs, through a confirmation procedure with which users can state their consent, they will be able to decide whether to switch from free to paid services.

Content and service price can be modified with a 30-day notice, which will be communicated to the users with a specific post on the home page of the http://uk.mobi.dada.net  website.

 Users have the right not to accept such modifications by immediately deactivating the service. To cancel the subscription send STOP to 83353.

b) Community

Dada.net is the free community where you can create your personal space, your own blogs and upload your favourite content.

 Costs

The subscription to premium services costs £4.50/week and this entitled you to download each week (7 days) 1000 pieces of content (of which up to 2 may be premium items). Moreover, you are entitled to send up to 5 SMS/day to UK-based mobiles.
Your 2 items of premium content must be downloaded within 7 days from the date of subscription/renewal; unused premium content does not carry over from one week to another.

You remain liable to pay your Mobile Carrier for the WAP/GPRS/UMTS charges that they apply.

Subscription cancellation

To cancel your subscription to Dada.net send an SMS with stop to 83353 and all premium services you have with Dada.net will be cancelled.
