Dada.net is a service provided to web and mobile users that offers the possibility to become part of the dada.net community and make use of the services/content offered to the community members.
Dada.net consists of a web 2.0 Community and a large catalogue of high-quality content (images animated and static, real tones, video ringtones, java games and funny/celebrity sounds) .
Dada.net mobile offer requires a weekly subscription fee of AU$10/week plus a one-off AU$5 sign up fee. To download content from the huge Dada.net catalogue any user can subscribe to the service submitting his or her mobile number. No credit card is needed because the service is charged on the mobile phone bill. Any user that wants to download content is required to login to the Dada websites providing their mobile number and the password that we sent at the moment of subscription (the password can be always changed through the web site). Any subscribed user can also take advantage of all the community services by providing us with some additional information about themselves.
Dada.net community services require the user to be registered to the service and they are free of charge. Any user that would like to register needs to provide us with certain information about themselves. Community services includes the ability to create a blog and share videos and photos. To download content you need to be a subscribed user; you can’t download content as a registered user.
Love Dada.net is an online social networking, meeting and dating service. A Love Dada.net subscribed user can take advantage of all Dada.net mobile offers paying a weekly fee of AU$10/week plus a one-off AU$5 sign up fee and have access to Dada.net dating community: the best way to meet new people and chat with the world. The Love Dada.net subscription is available only through special promotional web pages http://au.sso.dada.net/love/specialoffer_au1.html with 1 week of free trial. You can update Dada.net mobile offer subscription making a Love profile but you can’t join Love Dada.net as a registered user. Users that are already registered can continue to use the service according to the conditions that are in force at the time of registration.
A user remains subscribed/registered to the service until they cancel their subscription. Please refer to the T&C for more details.
1. Dada.net: mobile content offer
Dada.net mobile content offer provides subscribed users with a huge catalogue of content. No credit card is required, it is easy and cheap. Have a look at the paragraphs below for cost and details.
1.1 Description of the Service
The subscription to Dada.net content offer is a weekly subscription. Dada.net catalogue consists of a range of downloadable content accessible through the website http://au.mobi.dada.net/ ("the Website") and through http://dada.dj/ ("the wapsite") to certain compatible mobile handsets.
As a subscriber to mobile offer you can choose from a selection of Monophonic, Polyphonic, Realtone, Videoringtones or Fun Sound/Celebrity Sound Ringtones, Wallpapers, J2ME games and make use of the community facilities.
It is the responsibility of the users to ensure that their mobile phone is compatible to effectively use the service and that the mobile phone is correctly configured to enable wap download if the user is requesting a Polyphonic, Realtone, Fun Sound, J2ME game or Videoringtones.
Monophonic Ringtones arrive via sms. With respect to all other content you will receive a wap push (with the exclusion of H3G users) and will need to click on the link to commence wap download.
1.2 Subscription Package
Once you have confirmed your subscription to the service you will receive a free welcome message plus 3 items of content (including the content you chose to initiate your subscription). Each week, including your first subscription week, you will be allocated 2 tokens (credits) that equate to 2 deliveries of premium content via Wap Push. You can only use these tokens during the subscription week in which they were allocated to download any of the premium content displayed on the Website and one token will be subtracted from your balance for each download. There is no limit on the download of non-premium content during each subscription week. To see your token balance please logon and go to the “Account” section of the website
The tokens for premium content are not cumulative. Tokens that are not used within the weekly subscription period for which they were allocated will not be carried forward into the next weekly subscription period. You will receive 2 tokens for premium content each subscription week.
Premium content includes: Realtones, Videoringtones and J2ME games. Dada.net reserves the right to add or subtract content that falls under the definition of premium content at their discretion and with no advance notice to the user. Premium content will always be clearly defined as such on the Website.
1.3 Cost of the Service
The service is a weekly subscription service with a fee of AU$10.00 per week that will be charged until you unsubscribe from the service. There is also a one-off AU$5 sign up fee charged at the time of subscription.
Dada.net reserves the right to offer from time to time and at their discretion 1 week’s free subscription for new subscribers. This will be a promotional offer which will be linked to certain marketing campaigns for the Dada.net content service and will be applicable only to subscribers that subscribe to the service during the period of the promotional offer. Dada.net can withdraw the promotional offer at any time without prior notice of any kind.
With your subscription you can download unlimited non-premium content and will receive 2 tokens that equate to 2 downloads of premium content to your mobile handset via SMS or Wap push. These tokens are not transferred from one weekly subscription period to the next but are renewed with each weekly subscription SMS payment.
Any extra downloads of premium content beyond the allowance of 2 downloads during the subscription week will be charged at AU$5.00 each.
Your operator will charge you the applicable rate for SMS sent by you and Wap charges for any download affected by you via Wap.
All fees, including fees for existing subscription contracts are subject to change upon notice form Dada.net. Dada.net will provide you with reasonable notice of such change. If you do not wish to accept the new fees (which will be applicable on a prospective basis only), you may cancel your subscription and/or your account.
Cancellations will be effective immediately.
1.4 Cancellation
To unsubscribe by text message, text STOP to 191200 or call our customer service number 1300 794705 and your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will receive an SMS that confirms that the cancellation of your subscription has been taken.

To join the Dada.net community and share photos, videos and create your personal blog fill the form on web and follow the instructions. All Dada.net community services are free of charge.
